Everything waiting on you. Answered from one screen.

Docket gathers what needs you from every Jira account, Linear, Figma and your mail into one ranked list. You answer it there, and the answer goes to the account that owns it. Mail stays read-only.

On your Mac, with no Docket account. No server of ours holds your work.

The Today screen: capacity says four hours, three planned items from two Jira accounts each with an estimate, and beside them a day canvas showing the real meetings from the calendar with Docket-made focus blocks marked by a dashed edge. Needs-you sits underneath.

One list, answered where the work lives.

  • One list, every account

Hosted and self-hosted Jira, several clients and Linear, side by side. Blocked and urgent work sits at the top.

  • Your answer lands in the source

Comment, move a ticket, set an estimate or reply in Figma. It is written when you press send, and logged.

  • Suggestions wait for your yes

Plans, meeting follow-ups and drafts from Ask wait for you. By default, nothing we suggest is written until you approve it.

What it does

How work reaches the list

The guide walks through each one, by task.

No account, and no server of ours
for your clients' work to end up on.

No server of ours holds your work. What you connect stays on your Mac, and the AI runs there too, unless you choose an external engine. Your tickets, your transcripts and your recordings live in plain files you can open. Every connection the app can make, enumerated.

  • Your data in plain, readable files; export everything, any time
  • Email is a read-only connection: the app cannot post, mark or send
  • Everything already synced stays readable even if you stop paying
  • If the project ever ends, the source opens (the Obsidian pledge)

Why one app

My morning used to be four tools that didn't talk to each other: tasks in Jira, comments in Figma, a notetaker for the meetings, a planner for the day. My work sat on all of their servers. Docket is that stack folded into one app.

Tim Reerink, who built Docket

We compared Docket with five task and calendar tools and ten meeting-notes tools, each on the vendor's own pages. Where they beat us has its own section. Read the full comparison, with its sources.

Simple, upfront pricing

No free tier and no trial: the connectors cost real maintenance every time Jira, Figma or Google move something, and that is what the rate pays for.

The first 25 buyers pay the founding rate on the monthly plan: enter FOUNDING25 at checkout, while it lasts.

FAQ

Questions

Where does my data live?

On your Mac, in plain readable files. No server of ours holds your work, and there is no account. Your source tokens are in your macOS Keychain, and the security page states exactly what that does and does not buy you.

Where does the recorded audio go?

Nowhere. Recording and transcription happen on the device, and the action-item extraction works on the transcript, never the audio. By default the AI runs on this Mac only. External engines are your choice, and the AI engine card in Sources names the engine that ran last. The Sensitive box starts ticked for every recording, and keeps that transcript on this Mac whatever you chose.

Does it write to my tools, or just read them?

Jira and Linear get comments, status changes, estimates, priorities, assignees and new tickets. Jira also takes a work log. Figma gets your replies, and your calendar gets the blocks you approve. What you send yourself is written when you send it. Proposals wait for your approval, and every write lands in an in-app audit log. Email is read-only: the app opens the mailbox in read-only mode and can never post, mark or send.

What happens if I stop paying, or you stop building?

Your data is never hostage: everything already synced stays readable, and export always works. And if the project is ever discontinued, the source opens, the same pledge Obsidian made.
